- Constipatie:

- 1 tot 3 zakjes per dag in afzonderlijke doses.
- Verlengd gebruik: 1 of 2 zakjes per dag.
- Fecale impactie:

- 8 zakjes per dag, in te nemen binnen een periode van 6 uur.
- Een behandelingsduur: doorgaans max. 3 dagen.
- In geval van verminderde cardiovasculaire functie: max. 2 zakjes per uur.
Mode d'administration
- Constipatie: elk zakje moet in 125 ml water worden opgelost.
- Fecale impactie: 8 zakjes kunnen in 1 liter water opgelost worden.

- Chronische constipatie.
- Fecale impactie (hardnekkige constipatie met fecale vulling van rectum en/of colon).
